Every area of ministry in St Thomas' Church is governed by a team of people working together. Those teams are called Core Groups and they are led by Core Group Coordinators.
Lay Readers & Clergy
Lay Readers are trained and licensed by the Bishop to lead services and preach. Clergy, whether paid or unpaid, are ordained as priests in the church and set apart to lead the congregation in worship and sacrament, taking the lead at Communion and Baptisms particularly. Together we form the ministry team for all our services at St Thomas'.
